I'm sorry you're relationship is not where you want it to be. Its time to focus your thoughts on where you want to be and what you want to be doing with your life. If A plays into down the road that is amazing but if not you need to have a happy path awaiting you.
Break ups are hard but sometimes necessary. I'm sorry you are having to move because of this. Maybe a fresh start is a good thing?
