My garden update: I planted everything Monday afternoon into the containers my mother gave me. My mom also bought the soil and the extras too. I can't believe how quickly the radishes and the lettuce have already sprouted!
Ugh. I just posted a comment but blogger messed it up.
Anyway... I think everyone survived. I just checked when I went out to water them. That damn cat got in there again. How? I don't know but I'm going to start chasing kitties around with a broom pretty quick, lol.
Update!! The radishes have started to sprout :) They are so quick! I think if yours grow too close together you can always thin them out. It's really nice having somebody else "experiment" with gardening too.

Last night we had a terrible windstorm.. my poor little babies, lol.
Oh No!!! Did they survive? Does this mean we are getting old when we are worried about our seedlings?
And I think I may have planted too many radishes too close together in the pot, but an experiment is an experiment right? :)

Your containers look neat :-) I can't wait to put more veggies in our garden... the only thing that's in so far are potatoes.
