Have I mentioned how competitive Rainman and I are when it comes to just about anything? When pitted against one another, it's a do or die situation -- when we are a team against others, sorry for your luck ;-)
So, we decided that we want to get into killer shape. And we are going to do it together. And true to our nature, we decided to make it a competition. For the next 30 days we are going to go mad hard with working out, eating right, changing up some habits and hopefully see some results (I hope to see more results than he does so that I can win).
Today was day 1. Bring it on Rainman....I think you'll be the one taking me out on a date ;-)

I love this! BF and I are VERY competitive also. I think its healthy... most of the time lol
In this case it is healthy! We are competing for ultimate health. (That said, I might sabotage his efforts and do some of the cooking....I kid, I kid).
